Grazia Tona is an Italian architect based in The Netherlands since 2016. She graduated cum laude at the University of Camerino (UNICAM), with a Master degree in technologies of architectural construction. During her studies she has also developed an interest in the field of urban research, which turned into practice thanks to her working experiences at the International New Town Institute (Rotterdam), Crimson Architectural Historians (Rotterdam), and Fabrications (Amsterdam). Grazia intends to develop her expertise in the field of contemporary urban research, starting a PhD in Borders and Territories. Her research will investigate the origin of new urban forms in border areas, as a result of migration flows.
